Philosophy

I build companies out of A level players defined by knowledge, loyalty, and vision engagement. I focus on creating a culture of reward for both hard work, and creativity as defined by the company’s overall goals and direction. I’m an fiscally frugal, and focused on both the short-term objectives and long-term life cycle of the business plan.

I’m extremely versed in both up and down executive level communication methods. I keep subject matter refined and quick to digest. I keep employees focused on the end goal at hand. I provide macro and micro visions of all tasks and overall strategies.

Mentorship & Career Management

I’m very engaged with employee development. I find that retention is largely based on an employee’s alignment of his/her inner desires. I work to understand those desires, and demonstrate where the company can fulfill those life goals.
